Refund policy

Returns and refunds — ORG Car Parts

Effective for orders placed from 19 October 2026 after publication of this version. Earlier orders retain the return terms offered when purchased. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

Requesting a return

Email orgcarparts.support@gmail.com with your order number and part number before sending a return. For a faulty, incorrect or damaged item, describe the issue and provide photographs where reasonably possible. For a statutory withdrawal, a clear statement that you wish to cancel is sufficient; a reason, photographs or our approval are not required. We provide routing instructions, but waiting for them does not suspend statutory deadlines. Do not send parcels cash on delivery.

EU/EEA and UK consumers

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, notify us within 14 calendar days after delivery (or receipt of the last item where the law measures the period that way), then send the goods back within 14 calendar days after notifying us. Applicable legal exceptions and any legally extended deadlines remain unaffected. Selecting an ordinary catalogue part or ordering it from a supplier does not by itself make it a personalised item.

Other consumer orders

For consumers outside the EU/EEA and UK, we offer a voluntary change-of-mind return if you email us within 14 calendar days after delivery and dispatch the return within 14 calendar days after notifying us. Voluntary returns must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified and complete, with original packaging and accessories. This voluntary offer does not extend to business purchases or limit any mandatory rights under applicable local law. Business change-of-mind returns require our prior written agreement.

Return costs and packing

For a change of mind or a part you selected incorrectly, you pay the direct return shipping cost, unless the return results from our incorrect description or fitment advice. Return the exact item supplied, with its included components and accessories. Use protective packaging; retaining original packaging is recommended and is a condition of voluntary returns, but is not a condition for exercising statutory withdrawal. We recommend tracked shipping and keeping proof of dispatch. Contact us for customs instructions before an international return and declare the parcel accurately as returned goods.

Inspection and loss of value

We inspect returned items and may document their condition and identifying marks. For statutory withdrawals, where permitted by law and the required information was supplied, we may deduct the actual loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics and functioning. Installation, use, damage, modification or missing components may cause such loss. Any deduction will be explained and based on the individual item; no automatic restocking fee applies to statutory withdrawals. These provisions do not restrict remedies for a pre-existing defect.

Refunds

For EU/EEA and UK statutory withdrawals, refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after notification, subject to the legal right to withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, whichever is earlier. Where legally required, refunds include the original standard delivery charge; an upgrade above the cheapest standard delivery option is not reimbursed. For a partial return, delivery charges are refunded to the extent required by law. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise lawfully agreed, without a refund fee. Approved voluntary refunds are issued within 14 calendar days after receipt and inspection; original outbound shipping is not refunded unless required by law. We cannot control payment-provider processing times.

Faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods

Contact us promptly with details. We may reasonably request evidence or inspect the item before deciding the appropriate remedy. We cover reasonable necessary return costs where we supplied faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods; contact us to arrange the return. Damage caused after delivery by misuse, incorrect installation or modification is not a pre-existing defect. EU/EEA consumers retain the applicable legal conformity guarantee, generally at least two years, and UK and other consumers retain their mandatory local rights. Available remedies depend on applicable law and may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. This policy does not exclude those rights.
